Really horrible customer service at this location
Always dependable
What an awful experience!I wanted to make transfers of which the banker just did not know the topic. She became defensive and combative; very rude. I ended up talking to the manager and eventually communicated what needed to be done. The personal banker ended up making three mistakes, (clicking boxes on the forms that were incorrect) of which I pointed out and she had to reprint several times. This branch is opressive, unfriendly and I will not go back to it. When it comes to money it needs to be meticulously executed. These... read more
