Terrible since since switching from people's bank. 12 year olds as management. Have to wait 2 weeks on a new debit card. Got hacked every few weeks. Had to travel to get a business check cashed or wait a month on my money. I would not recommend
I would have to say as a long time customer of peoples/Whitaker bank Tlthat, when I saw it had a two-star rating, I completely did not understand and was shocked, I haven't done extensive business at this location but what I have done there has been quick polite and efficient and I dare say much more respectful and courteous then the Berea locations. And overall I enjoy this Mount Vernon location most of all.
