The most convenient and only bank in waco. Nice to have one w great people working. Ladies at drive through are always delightful!
I'm not a client of Whitaker bank, but had an awesome experience here today. The ATM was apparently out of cash when I went through. I received a text message from my bank that the money had been debited from my account, but none was dispensed at the ATM. I went into the branch and spoke with Deborah, who assured me they'd get to the bottom of the issue, stat. I have been doing business with them for 35 years. I can’t say enough good about the people and the service they render. They are like a wonderful family.
It would be alot better if one of the key bank employees would not take a 3 hour lunch break every day and take another to walk her dog.
