I normally have a decent time with the staff, thought every time I work with Frida she is not very nice, customer service is lacking, very rude. I often go to this location due to the convenience but may be going to other locations due to the customer service
Entire bank is down for TWO DAYS can’t even use your debt card and they often have issues with there mobile app I will be closing my account ASAP don’t bank here
ive been banking at Peoples in O'Fallon for 24 years. They are the best. Always greet you with a smile and your name.Very helpful and grateful you are coming in or driving through. If you need help with anytrhing or questions answered they know their business very well. Ive done our church banking as well and the same greetings were always there. Ive retired as church secretary and miss seeing them as often as before.
