Unfriendly and need better communication. They do NOT work with people. They reported a “missed payment” to my credit AFTER I paid my loan off. Then, the loan officer failed to respond to me about that situation when I’d tried reaching out several times after. They don’t work with young adults starting out financially the way that they represent. Do not recommend

Absolutely my favorite bank! 💜 I left Ascend after being with them for 25+ years, and I’m so glad I did. People’s Bank truly makes you feel like you matter — they actually remember you when you come in! The drive-through teller is absolutely precious, always kind and welcoming. We’ve earned more interest with them in one month than we did with Ascend in several months (maybe even a year!). I highly recommend People’s Bank to anyone looking for a place that values their customers and treats you like family. 🏦✨
