Our small business has been with Peoples Bank for about 5 years now but are now changing banks. When we first arrived the past president of the Springfield location really cared and worked with his customers. Since he retired we have rarely if ever heard from them. This bank just doesn’t really care anymore about small businesses so we are moving to a different bank. The people who work at the location are extremely nice but upper management has no interest at all in keeping our business.
