This bank is seriously lacking with a few good people mixed in. I think everyone may have good intentions but knowledge and experience doesn't make up for good intentions. The tellers are not paid well. I think the board, president, and long standing customers that are in love with the place should look at each of their faces while doing a transactions and knowing how much liability they are dealing with and realize they are on assistance and can't afford to take care of themselves let alone their families. I love The Peoples Bank...have been a customer for over 25 years
I received a visa card from The Peoples BAnk. It took two visits to the bank and several phone calls for the card was authorized. Now, when I go to use the card it denies payment for items I'm attempting to purchase. It is so frustrating. My card is a Visa Debit card with thousands of dollars in the account. Why must using the card be so difficult?
