Do not bank here or at any of their locations. They don’t care about the customers needs are met. They will do all kinds of stuff like let pending transactions stay pending until the next week when you made a purchase the week before and use and excuse as to why they didn’t post the transaction until the following week. They will also tell you how much you have or don’t have etc. Bank somewhere esle. I know I found a bank that is way bank than this one.
We go to multiple locations for Peoples Bank but the one that is always the same pleasant and respectful and professional is The Springs Road branch. It’s nice to be acknowledged by name when you walk in and everyone does their best to get you in and get you out as quickly as possible.
The Ladies at Spring Rd location are the friendliest staff I’ve had the pleasure to deal with,they are aBIG reason I enjoy banking with Peoples,they listen to you and make you feel like someone instead of a number,great service!!
