Refused to notarize documents for me when it clearly states online that they do free of charge for account holders yet she proudly referred me to UPS in which I had to pay $55.00 out of pocket. Their site clearly states that they offer notary services for account holders and obviously that is clearly lie.

I sincerely appreciate the "Home Town" feeling whenever I enter any of their several branch locations, or when I visit the main office in downtown Portsmouth, Ohio. Being an older citizen, it makes me feel welcome to be greeted by friendly faces of friends and neighbors. You certainly won't receive that type of greeting from the "Big Boy" banks that seem to be "gobbling up" the smaller banks. Thanks to the management of ASB, Portsmouth, Ohio !
