Doesn't transfer my SS to their bank telling us we have to do that, then we call SS in gala across the river , well when they wanted the routing number for the new account it wasn't anywhere in the paper work they gave us so thankfully the person from SS called them an got it then they also gave it to us, there's no senior account will not be staying with them

Opened up a new checking account early February’24. Have had nothing but trouble beginning with a 2 month wait on receiving my personal checks! Next, there was a problem depositing a check from a mutual account with my name to my People's account. Both parties were present with ID. Unfortunately I will be opening up a new account at another bank and this account will be closed. Bad business.
