The new drive thru system is very complicated for paying a simple vehicle loan. It would have been nice to know ahead of time the only options in the drive thru to pay my loan are check or cash that way I could have came prepared.
Literally had no clue what to do with paperwork from my apartment complex which took the the Vienna branch 5 minutes to do… super disappointed, about 5 people looked at me like I was an idiot for even suggesting they fill out a paper or give me copies of my own bank account. Then I heard one lady say they should charge me to get a copy of my bank statement. Do NOT go to this branch if you bank with Peoples.
Very slow at the drive thru. Sit and wait 20 minutes before they will help you.
I went in there to cash my check and this young blonde girl said I was not allowed to since it was not written to peoples bank I told her people have done it before and she told me that they where wrong then and could get in trouble she was very stuck up.
