Super nice folks, maybe a little too nice.
I opened a business account 5 years ago and added a person as a signer. Last month bank allowed the signer to close the account and transfer the balance to a new account that I have no access to without even calling me for approval. WITHOUT CALLING ME FOR APPROVAL which I would not have given.
Worked with Joy Poole on a loan project and I could not have been more pleased. She was great to work with and great follow through. I had a very positive experience years ago on a home mortgage and I went back because of that.
