Been banking here since 2001 and have always had fantastic customer service. The people here are so helpful and always willing to work with you to accomplish your banking needs. Thankful to have a bank that truly puts customers' needs and concerns first. Would highly recommend to anyone looking to start an account to check out this location. You are guaranteed a wonderful experience.
Probably the worst banking experience of my life. the staff was unhelpful and offered no solutions to my problems. I had a CD that was about to be renewed after maturity, and the only day available to take care of it are on Saturdays due to the nature of my job. I go there and only the window is usable. I showed them my paperwork, only to be told that the only people available to do it works Mon-Fri 8-4.
