Generally, when a client goes into the bank to ask questions and make changes due to the death of their spouse, condolences are offered and kindness should reign. Not the case here when my father (and I with him) went into the office a week ago. Unacceptable. In this day and age, the one thing that sets banks apart, since they all offer the same products, is their customer service. Shame on you for not treating your client better. I've suggested he close his accounts and go elsewhere.
