Working at a competitor bank. I am shocked that a local bank doesn’t have one’s interest. Miscommunication is common here, I’ve had to repeat myself several times about an auto withdrawal for my safe deposit box. My money doesn’t accrue interest while here, no leniency if a customer makes a mistake, because none of them have made mistakes… One can’t use other ATMs which inconvenience you if you need cash in a pinch. I thought small banks would have been better but this last transaction made my decision to leave.
I have been using People’s Bank for years and have always had positive experiences with them! Bank here if you’re looking for a helpful and friendly environment! Thanks guys!
