Update: Matt, the branch manager, contacted me first thing this morning. Again, this review was not about the staff. They are fantastic and Matt was a shining example of what we love about People's Bank, attention to detail, community bank feel, and familiarity. He took a half hour of his time to fully address my concerns. As a past manager I can appreciate this, because you have other responsibilities as well.
