They are fantastic and Matt was a shining example of what we love about People's Bank, attention to detail, community bank feel, and familiarity. He took a half hour of his time to fully address my concerns. As a past manager I can appreciate this, because you have other responsibilities as well. Just started account here. Have cashed checks in past and tellers were always friendly. Brad helped me get account set up in an effecient manner while being friendly. Will update rating based on personal experience.
I’ve banked with people’s for over ten years. I’m going to be closing my accounts because they have become too difficult to use. They are outdated, their software is very outdated. Difficult to transfer money, to add people as receivers for the transfer, and security and safety for these transfers. The last straw is that most locations have removed their outside atm machines meaning you cannot deposit or withdrawals money on the weekends.
