Great team, especially the desk ladies very helpful
I have banked with several different financial institutions (and have sold digital banking software for several years) so I have experience interacting with quite a few banks and credit unions. The people at People's Bank are some of the rudest and least helpful individuals I have ever encountered. I hate leaving such a bad review. Stay away from this bank. Absolutely terrible! If you don't use an account in 3 months they will close it and transfer your funds to another account of yours. No notice, no call, no mail. Happened to a personal account 2 years ago. If you don't use an business account for 3 months. (I was away.) They will also close it. Same, no notice at all. Staff are rude and don't know their own policies. Have had so many issues with this bank that I don't have at the other medford location. Would highly recommend either going to the other location or choosing to bank somewhere else all together.
