I've always had good service with People's Bank over the last 15 years but they use Fiserv to monitor their debit cards now. They've completely missed two fraudulent transactions but constantly block such "suspicious" activity as ordering pizza from Pizza Hut in Newton or buying gas three blocks from my house.
