Stopped in to sign off on some paperwork for a vehicle loan and was assisted by the manager. The next day I politely called her to ask for copies of the paperwork and she was confused as to why I would do such a thing, telling me three times that she doesn’t understand why I would want that. After calmly telling her I just wanted it for my records, she rudely told me that I “need to relax and be patient”. Love this local full service bank. Friendly staff that goes out of their way to make you comfortable.
Their teller made a mistake setting up a loan auto payment, which resulted in a $32 fee. The bank manager says she needed a regional manager to waive a fee? The manager said she would call me later that day but didn't.
