Opened a bank account with them at the start of the year. We were using them to have a local bank and very rarely checked the account. So I get a call from a collection agency today saying we owed money from People Bank. They did not call once, or email. Just wrote our account off with out even seeing what happened. This is not a "small bank". It is another bank that is acting small.
