Waited 20 minutes in the drive thru, and only one car in front of me. Is this the norm? If someone has this lengthy of a transaction, why wouldn't you ask them to come inside? By the time I finally got to the window there were 6 others in line, and one left, cause they got tired of waiting. Never pulled the drawer in between cars. Never seen anything like this. Smh

Adding eight quarters to my deposit resulted in a mild scolding and lengthy explanation about how machine works. Next time I would suggest skipping the lecture and simply asking the customer to come inside next time.
