I would give a zero if possible. It amazes me how rude and condescending the manager Mary was at this bank. She actually turned away our business. I called back to make a formal complaint and she replied that she was getting ready to call me back to work something’ out. No, she realized she was in hot water and attempted to smooth things out. I requested to speak to her supervisor and she informed me that Richard would give me a call. Let’s see if he calls. Go elsewhere!
