Love all at peoples bank in Denver NC ! I have been doing business with them personally and business for over 20 years! My pup loves them too and never leaves without his favorite biscuits!
For years it was excellent, nothing to complain about. Now, the past couple years... •No longer work with Zelle app •ATM almost NEVER takes cash deposits anymore. •APP is ALWAYS messed up (currently not taking a check deposit after 4 tries) •Did away with deposit/withdrawal slips and now ask you multiple questions at the drive through that would've been answered on the slips? Seems like a step backwards to me. I'm thinking about switching banks.
If I could give less than one star I would. First they took over two weeks to send me my physical and it never showed up so I then had to wait again to get my physical card. I was unable to receive money from Apple Pay, Zelle, Venmo, and cash app. When I asked what peoples bank accepted the woman started telling me what her friend uses and again I said that I need to know what app I can receive money from. I was also unable to use my card and stated that I need it taken care of so I can pay rent, water, and electric. I recei... read more
