Love this bank! Love all the great people that work here!
At first, the staff was kind and welcoming, bringing resources to the table. Todd seems to be a nice guy, and Shirley is great. But ever since, I've had nothing but problems with my business account. From fraud attempts to cards declining, to odd policies, to receiving a run around of excuses when it came time to apply for a business loan. I am not happy and moving my banking elsewhere.
