The staff are very friendly..the drive through you have to wait for couple of minutes..due to being short handed.
They were very professional and handled my problem like pros.
All employees are extremely friendly and helpful. Everytime I go through the drive thru or into the branch everyone greets me with a smile and they are very helpful with my needs and wants. The business banking was extremely easy to setup and didnt cost me anything to do. Management has been extremely helpful to work with as well. The bank is very well maintained and organized. I recently moved to the area. Hannah spent a lot of time with us because we had to open 3 different accounts. She was very helpful and when I call with questions she was always pleasant. Also the other tellers also have been helpful. We only had one problem. They sent us checks for wrong account so reordered for the right account immediately. We are well pleased with their service
This branch is absolutely terrible with Customer Service! Hannah is RUDE!!!
