Deal with them 4-6 days a week honestly a fine bank with kind staff . A go to if you want your money properly taken care of
Wanting to close account and had to wait over an hour while 3 bankers chatted and giggled in one office. Then when I asked how much longer it was going to be, one of them said oh we are all busy, give us a few more minutes. Then 5 minutes later they finally waited on me.
We were introduced to this bank because of a death in the family in which the deceased had accounts here. They went beyond what was needed to transfer these accounts and helped us to setup new accounts. Couldn't ask for any better associates than they have here Good job guys and gals!
The people at this location are great, pomeroy is good too
