Horrible customer service and unprofessional
I opened a business account here a few months ago. It has literally been the worst nightmare of an experience you can imagine. Every day, my account gets frozen for suspicious activity, just doing regular business. And they locked me out of accessing my online banking, and almost refused to allow me back in! And shut my card off without contacting me to let me know or ask if it was a legitimate charge. I have had to call 30 times to get them to allow a charge to go through.
