In my experience, banking here has been great so far.
If I could give zero stars, I would. Since this bank took over for Kanza it has been nothing but problems. I have had several transactions doubled for no reason and it takes a week to get the funds back. They took $250 from my son’s account and now can’t figure out why and just keep giving me the run around, seems like I need a lawyer now. One teller hung up on me , another was the rudest teller I’ve ever dealt with and another just put me on hold while I was talking and never came back to the phone. I've never had rude bank tellers like there are at Kanza. They always act like you're inconveniencing them. The ATM is down so often that it's genuinely a shock if it's working. The account security is shoddy at best, because I've had a few times where there are charges on my account that I never made and they always do a quick fix but never anything permanent. Plus, if you need YOUR MONEY fast, good luck- you can deposit a check and don't even see it until the next week sometimes. Unfortunately it's one of the only banks in... read more
