After 10 years of doing business with this bank as a commercial client, they went from being amazing to worthless. Please avoid this bank at ALL COSTS because they LIE to you, will not work with you and WILL HOLD YOUR ACCOUNTS HOSTAGE! My boyfriend has been in numerous times to have his IRA account moved to another bank and they continue to find every excuse in the book not to release his account. My boyfriend has even spoken to a former lawyer NOW JUDGE and even he said that they cannot do that. He has contacted the Branch Manager and NOTHING HAS BEEN DONE! All he wants is for his account to be released.
Their motto is: We impact our communities, by working hard being honest having vision and building relationships. I kinda thought it was just talk. But now I do believe that they actually believe it and work to do these things. Well I moved my money into their bank, that should say something.
