Just spent 5 mins with “people First Bank where they put people first”. Noticed a missed call that didn’t ring on my phone from this bank that we bank with. The person who called didn’t bother to leave any message. I called them back at that number. Went around in circles at their end. No one knew who and for what the call was for. Then “Joe” came online and said it was for something that they were (eventually) able to get taken care of. No apologies made by anyone.
