With such antiquated systems I would steer far away from this bank. All you have to do is download their app. The funny thing is they closed our account without notice and I just received an email from them so when I went to unsubscribe the website for unsubscribing looks like it was stuck in the '90s I wouldn't trust this bank with my money.

Amazing Customer Service! Candice and David were an amazing help when I called and then shortly came in to help with issues with my account! Candice was great over the phone and David had great compassion and was super detailed with helping me sort it all out. They definitely deserve a recognition shout out! Keep doing amazing things!
Branches closing all over nwi and they never answer the phone! Awful customer service ! Go to centier !
