This is without a doubt the worst bank I've ever dealt with!! Our online banking was inexplicably turned off for no reason(Second or Third time)We've been bounced back and forth between different departments without resolution. We were told to go to a bank branch and have them turn it back on but were told they had no access. Niyla just partially waited on me.Its not what you say its how you say it.She was snippy with me.I ask if when I get my payment slip could she staple to my mortgage paper that didn't happen.She was very unprofessional.She said I cant hear you in a rude tone and then she sent a co worker to wait on me.
