I went to this place for the first time today. The tellers seem friendly and smiling from far away. I was met by a middle aged tall gentleman "may I help you?" I said "yes, I would like to open a bank account." He said "have a seat, I'll be right with you." He came out of his office and waved to me to come in to his cube (the first cube on the left). I love this branch. The staff is always efficient and friendly. Keep up the good work!
Peoples Bank has been good for me so far. I’ve had great customer service. The only thing I wish is that they had longer longer hours. I’m not really available for the hours. They’re open. I have to rush there like a crazy woman, but other than that I give them a great review.
I love People's Bank in Orland! Their more than helpful and go out of their way to help me. It's great how they make me feel very comfortable and very patient with all my needs and questions
