This bank has really gone down hill. Would not recommend them. Atleast if you goto Chase bank on outerloop they can give you your money. Any amount of money you request they write you out a cashiers check and say we dont carry that much. They let you close everything out, dont mention that you're not getting cash and hand you a check. Worst customer service and they dont know how to interact with people. Some curtousy would be nice. This is the most wonderful bank, I have been a customer at this bank since I was six years old and I'm seventy now. I have done business with other banks but none of them can even come close to the people that work at this bank. I would recommend anyone who want friendly caring service to put there accounts with this bank.
This bank is so great Amanda was super helpful she told me all the docs I’d need to open an account she was very nice. I’ve been to many banks none are quite as nice as the workers here
