This bank has really gone down hill. Would not recommend them. Atleast if you goto Chase bank on outerloop they can give you your money. Any amount of money you request they write you out a cashiers check and say we dont carry that much. They let you close everything out, dont mention that you're not getting cash and hand you a check. Worst customer service and they dont know how to interact with people. Some curtousy would be nice.
