It's hard to contact this bank through phone.
Horrible people! Disrespectful. They all look down on you from their lofty perch of ignorance. Everytime you ask someone a question they either don't know or tell you something wrong.

They change the rules every time you pull up on whether you can cash a check when the check is written on account from there. 3 weeks ago, sure. Last week at Morgantown location yes but we've gotta now fingerprint you, this week, nope gotta pay a $10 fee. Never given them any issues, the person that did this has decent credit and no criminal history and zero changes in 3 weeks... this bank sucks. Imagine it being 2024 and still making people come inside to set up online banking then pulling this nonsense
