This bank ruined my moms credit. They claimed that she didn't pay payments that she did. When she spoke to them about this, they never fixed the error and claimed that she did miss those payments. They took over 130 credit, then 30 more, when she had excellent credit. She paid the vehicle off? They gave like.... 25 Credit back. And still have it on her credit like she has this account. Would not recommend this bank to anyone, and would suggest if you have money there or loans there to move them somewhere else.... It doesn't take a month to do a loan when you have all the info ready, and 4 days to recieve money after signing what a joke....

Stopped here to use the ATM. I didn't even want to touch the buttons. Do they ever lean this? With COVID now you would think they could at least both to wipe down the keypad every now and then?
