I rarely leave reviews, but every interaction I have with this bank is outright dreadful. If you are considering banking with this institution, please RECONSIDER. This bank has employed some of the worst staff I have ever seen. The employees are more interested then getting you out of the bank rather than resolving the issues I was facing with my account and overall disinterested with there jobs. Worst experience I’ve ever had to deal with. Totally unacceptable and unprofessional.
I mean branch is closed till further notice
Not sure why all the negative reviews. Don't expect the same as a big branches. But I love it. I had a commercial loan and it was great. Can't beat the interests. And the process was so smooth and fast. After that I already refinance 2 of my homes. Every questions I have they answer the phone and help. Compare to big branches that is so long to talk with a representative.
I've been trying to call this location and the Chinatown location for two weeks to make an appointment. No answer nor did they ever call me back! They suck! Time to move my money!!!
