Customer service is terrible. I went to get a money order and took them 20 minutes to tell me that they couldn't do it. The bank teller Sidney Rice. Made me wait for 20 minutes for her manager to tell me that they could not give me a money order. She tried to tell someone that this didn't happen. I'm pretty sure the bank has cameras that record everything. And whoever the person that responded to my complaint it says the owner. Look at the tape I came in to get a money order.
