I was a member of Atlantic Union Bank for a couple years I want to get a personal loan they gave me a hard time that I had to prove my income even though my bank direct deposit show pension deposits they told me I had no equity in my house either to get a home equity loan I went to people's and in 5 minutes I was approved and they told me I had 20 something thousands worth of equity in my house there by far the best bank around I would rate them 10 Stars
I will start by saying I have had nothing but great service at the Covington Bank. I can ask them anything and they are so helpful and patient. They make banking easy
I love the way the staff great you with smile and address you by name. It feels like family. They take care of whatever you may need. There friendly to children and animal alike. Wouldn't trade the for the world.
Upon my loan process with Peoples Bank we ran into some road blocks along the way just some unforseen things, but David Otting and Audrey Downing done alot of research and put alot of time and effort into getting the loan pushed through in a time sensitive time frame. Most other loan departments would have given up a long time ago. In my dealing with Dave and Audrey they was alway quick to answer my calls or emails and went above and beyond what they had to do.
