Very friendly & Helpful staff. Montana Carrington especially at the Lewisburg branch - she went above and beyond and made setting up my business bank account a seamless and easy process! Can’t recommend reaching out to her enough for your banking needs! Michael Moore was also very helpful and wonderful at explaining things and helping me find the best suited option for my needs!
They are unbelievable. I have a car loan of about $3,400. Interest around ,4% i applied for a personal loan to transfer. They offered me a higher interest rates, higher payments & they wanted me to pay $940 first. My reason was to maybe lower my insurance from full coverage to minumum thus saving money. This was so rediculous. It would take me the same amount of time to pay it w higher interest & higher payments. They must think i was STUPID! I would not recommend them. People's took over Premier probably a year ago now and our service has never been the same. People's Bank is difficult to work with, customer service is severely lacking, and management cannot solve ongoing issues which have seriously impacted and inconvenienced our lives several times.
