My problem with People's Bank in Bourbon Missouri? They expect you to deal with the most busy convenience store to access their ATM. It was not explained to me that I would have to risk getting my car hit and the rude vacationers you have to deal with to access their ATM. Their interests are in the fees they can make at that location. Not the convenience of their banking customers. Especially the elderly and HANDICAPPED. Not always the best communication
Everyone there is very kind, they have great customer service and are always helpful. I worked at a different bank for several years that I loved and I watch out for that stuff and I'm very satisfied. Thank you all at the Bourbon peoples bank branch.
