I got called up by bob while I was on break at work today and told they were shutting down all of my accounts there because I teased at the teller over the phone. I was worked up because of a charge I thought was fraud and she was making it hard for me to put a hold on the account because I couldn’t remember card numbers. If they can do this to me they can do it to you. Do not do business here. 20 years of having accounts there flushed down the toiled because a receptionist got offended I called her stupid.
They can’t make a customer have a peace of mind. I guess asking questions is considered rude and disrespectful. I guess encouraging to do the next right thing by just simply sending me a copy of what I signed. So they closed my account with me! What they said about me wasn’t true. I looked at all my conversations with them. If anything they were!
