This store is really unreasonable. Their ATM swallowed my bank card, and since the manager wasn’t there that day, the staff told me I could definitely pick up my card the next day. So I drove there again early the next morning. But the manager refused to return my card just because my name isn’t printed on it, and said she would destroy it. Better not use their mobile banking on a Friday (like I did), or else if the check is flagged for human review from their bot system, you're screwed until Monday (like I am)!
Horrible service. I called ahead and asked specific details about how to exchange American dollars for Canadian money. The process was explained in detail. I drove there just for this and when I got there they said I had to have an account there. The person on the phone when I called checked to make sure they had canadian cash on hand...they had much more than what I needed. But the management did not want to take care of me.
