No waiting, very helpful and pleasant.
This store is really unreasonable. Their ATM swallowed my bank card, and since the manager wasn’t there that day, the staff told me I could definitely pick up my card the next day. So I drove there again early the next morning. But the manager refused to return my card just because my name isn’t printed on it, and said she would destroy it. Do you realize how much trouble your bank has caused me? You checked my passport and there is surveillance footage — why still refuse to give me back my card?
