Horrible service. I called ahead and asked specific details about how to exchange American dollars for Canadian money. The process was explained in detail. I drove there just for this and when I got there they said I had to have an account there. The person on the phone when I called checked to make sure they had canadian cash on hand...they had much more than what I needed. But the management did not want to take care of me. I was purchasing a car in town and needed to withdraw a large amount of cash. I came in at 5:09 PM thinking they closed at 6, I was wrong it was 5. They graciously helped me with my withdrawal, and I was so thankful I didn’t have to drive to another location. This is why I bank with Peoples!
