The customer service I received at this branch was appalling. Other branches have been wonderful to work with. It’s disappointing to see a local branch and its management be so callous and unwilling to assist its account holders. We will be moving our accounts to one of the other financial institutions we bank with.
I have been banking here for decades. The manager, Jen, and her entire team have always been very professional, friendly, and helpful.
One thing I’m pretty upset about is the fact that if your debit card has to be closed out for fraud or some other reason… you cannot get a temp debit card and they do not make cards at the local branches so you are stuck without a debit card for up to 2-3 weeks. I love this bank been with them for a while they are always nice but that’s crazy.
