I Have Banked with People's Bank for 18 years, they are the kindest and most family oriented bank. They care!
Best staff, quick and friendly, make it feel like you didn’t just step into a bank, like you just stepped into a nice relief from the busy world, always seem to know their customers names from the moment they walk in. Managers and supervisors aren’t afraid to hop in when it’s busy and always have a smile and happy to help. Wouldn’t switch banks if I was paid to. Jennifer has the best branch and tellers.

Worst Customer Service! I tried to open an account on Tuesday 12/23/2025. Karla Sanchez assisted me. I was denied because Chex Systems alerted. Karla told me that nothing came back on file but she couldn't move forward with opening the account. I called Chex Systems and created an online profile. I logged in and there is no information on my file. I called Peoples Bank back. And I believe his name is Dave, offered zero help in answering my inquiry. The customer service I received at this branch was appalling. Other branches have been wonderful to work with. It’s disappointing to see a local branch and its management be so callous and unwilling to assist its account holders. We will be moving our accounts to one of the other financial institutions we bank with.
