I recently had a self managed auction through Peoples Auction. The professionalism of the staff is a 5--very friendly, helpful and patient. Chelsea, VP of online sales and marketing, was available throughout the whole process. The sale of my items went beyond any of my expectations. I am recommending Peoples Auction to anyone who has a large collection of items to sell to use either the self managed auction or their regular auction services.

I bought a truck in oct of 2019 suppose to be a good truck they did not disclose that it had a branded title and that it had major issues should have been with the wrecked vehicles and gave me paperwork and title but I still don't have a title for it.NC DMV said People's auction co. knows better.They got 3000.00 from me for a 1998 ford now they don't care.Never Again.Lost my future business forever.I just want my money back and they can have the truck but no they say it is my problem and that the DMV says I may never get a t... read more
they say that auction ends at 8pm i had 2 winning bids at this time. I later check to find that bid were still going till at least 8:26. by the time I found out I lost both items that I was winning at 8pm. I do have screenshots with times
They know how to handle automobile title paperwork. I was given a title plus two other documents I don't usually see, and I presented it all to the VA DMV. They took everything and issued me a new title on the spot plus all the other docs I needed. Well done.
