Worse bank ever. I never received my bill for my auto loan, I tried calling them but no one picked up when someone finally picked up, she was rude. Waived the late fee because it was their fault then charged me $7 to process my payment.
Very professional staff, and no waiting to make transactions inside the bank and at the drive-thru
Have an auto loan with these bank. Unfortunately they can’t pull the payment out of my account unless it’s with them. Their systems don’t have the capability. They shouldn’t be issuing leases if they can’t have me pay it with my bank accounts.
