Some drivers will not even open the apartment door, even though I'm disabled and can not do it myself
I have ridden PeopleRides many times from appointments here in Marshalltown to appointments in Iowa City. I have never come across a rude driver. Is it bumpy? Yes, but part of that is because of the roads and part is because of the type of vehicle. It’s no worse than riding on a bus. Have I had a driver that accelerated and braked too fast? Yes, but none of the complaints I’ve read hold a candle to a service out of DSM I used once to IA City. Love that I can use People Rides transportation to get back & forth to appointments and other things
How did the hell did does everybody's taxpayer dollars fund for this joke!! They didn't inform me they were "short staffed" and I had an appointment. Wow. And title 19 does a contract with this joke.
