Mik gives the best massages! I tell her where I am having difficulty and she knows just the right way to make it better. She also helps me with stretching exercises and healthy eating suggestions. She is willing to spend the time to explain ideas that help me improve my health.
This is a place of healing and growing within yourself and I want to thank "Mik" for being such an amazing therapist. She healed my body and healed my soul ! I highly recommend setting an appointment with her. She is knowledgable on so many levels.
