On 2/6/2026, I spoke with Christina at about 10 am about an email I received from People First about the management of loan payments. She was professional and helped me get into my online banking account . She explained that I was already set up with what the email was about . I experienced some difficulty getting into the account at first - she was so patient and kept encouraging me and we finally were successful. I’ve been a member with PFFCU for 14 years now, and I’ve loved seeing how this bank has grown. I’m currently not able to go to a physical branch but I was just able to get some account corrections made because they have a video chat feature in app to connect you with someone from the bank.
