I wish I could leave a -0 rating. Stood in line for 20 minutes 6 people in front of me 4 people behind me 3 people in their offices with no customers in there. Why aren't you coming out of your office to help? Don't bother calling either no one answers. Just a waste of my time!!!
Nobody answers the phone. The customer service is awful. Their online banking and app options are limited at best. Moving my money to more modern banks. People First was a staple of the Lehigh Valley but they have refused to innovate and get with modern times.
