Nani was my representative, she was very understanding and patient. She walk is through the process step by step, my husband and I. We are great full, good customer service and she followed up with us as she said she would. Great service
Christina is truly amazing. I had some problems calling in today, but when she answered, she helped me for over 20 minutes, answering every single question. She made sure I understood everything. I don’t like to call any representative because I feel like I’m a burden, but she truly is amazing, and I did not feel like that today . Thank you again, Christina, for your patience and service.
You have been down for maintenance for over a year! This is nonsense! And I speak English! I j7st looked at all the people saying so an so was amazing?? I haven't had anything but a robot, other than English message an down f9r maintenance for over a year! I think they are fake reviews.
