I lost my Visa check card and it was extremely difficult to get the paperwork to People First for a replacement. They told me to fax, mail or drop off the form for a replacement. They're fax would not receive the form. I had our fax machine checked and it was fine. I could not leave work during the day when they were open and mail would take too long. I have been a member of People First for at least 20 years. I haven't dealt with a "regular" bank in that time. I have my checking, savings, direct deposit, Debit and Credit Cards and numerous car loans with them. I have ALWAYS been treated in a professional manner. I'm sorry that the other individual seemed to have a problem or issue with them. We may not have heard the whole story...

Not the best customer service I applied for a personal loan online. I received a telephone voicemail message from a representative of People First. In the message I was asked to return the phone call. I called People First, and my call was answered by a voicemail system. I left a voicemail message indicating that I was returning a telephone call I received. I never received another telephone call back from People First.
