Excellent service a great place to be a member
I greatly appreciate how this credit union was there for my situation and helped me through my financial struggles. I much prefer seeing people face to face to help with these things. On the flip side I would say this CU is extremely lacking in the technology aspect, the customer service is just super slow and not reliable. Also the app just doesn't function at all. The one singular thing I need to do for you is pay my bill and I almost never can! Says my account doesn't exist, the app doesn't accept my external bank options... read more
It's like a credit union, but nothing works consistently or reliably. The staff is terrible, untrained and clueless. Technology and online banking portal barely meets minimum standards and is down often.
BEWARE BEFORE YOU SIGN LOAN..... THEY DO NOT TAKE DEBIT OR CREDIT CARD PAYMENTS!!!! IT'S LONG HARD PROCESS TO PAY YOUR BILL..!! YOU WILL HAVE TO PAY ALOT EARLIER THEN DUE DATE TO BE ON TIME.!!!
