The staff, specifically Mary Bristol, has been incredibly difficult and rude during a particularly difficult time. My building burned down and she has been an unnecessary obstacle in the process. She was hesitant to provide important documentation I needed to expedite the building repairs, and threatened to put my loan in default abruptly, without any prior explanation. The worst Bank EVER! I will never go back. I am a member of a credit union in Philadelphia and Peoples First bank is a shared branch. I needed a cashiers check to purchase a vehicle. I was told by the teller that the maximum amount I could get in a cashiers check is $500.00. If I needed only $500.00 I would go to an ATM! I even called the bank in advance to let them know what I needed and I was told it would not be a problem. It was elevated to a supervisor who was no help at all.
